Exclusive Insurance Solutions now acquired by Chartered Insurance Brokers, was appointed by the Ministry of Finance in October 2022 as the official Fund Administrator for the Guaranteed Loans Insurance Fund (GLIF).

GLIF provides insurance for;

  Motor Vehicles

   Residential Properties
  Credit Life

GLIF is an insurance fund designed to co-exist with the Government Employees Motor Vehicles & Property Advance Scheme (GEMVAS) and Land Boards Motor Vehicles & Property Advance Scheme, by offering compulsory insurance coverage that safeguards the GEMVAS/LAMVAS loan as well as the assets acquired through the two schemes.
